Loose Leaf Jasmine Pearl Tea
The Jasmine Pearls slowly unravel inside of your cup as they steep, releasing a lovely infusion of the unmistakable aroma of Jasmine into the air. These pearls are made from Chinese Green Tea leaves and then dried amongst fresh Jasmine Blossoms. They are then hand-rolled to preserve freshness.
Drinking a cup of this lovely brew ensures that you'll be in a more relaxed state on down to the last drop.
Tea Brewing Instructions: Heat water to 180 degrees (not boiling). Use approximately 3 grams (2 teaspoons) of tea leaves for 8 oz. of water. Steep Tea for 4 minutes.
To re-steep, add 1-2 minutes to the original steeping time. For each additional steep, continue to add 1-2 additional minutes until the flavor is exhausted.
*DID YOU KNOW? Steeping green tea for too long can release Tannins, giving it a bitter taste. Believe it or not, those Tannins can actually be a home remedy for diarrhea.
Why choose loose leaf tea over tea bags?
Whole leaf or loose leaf tea provides the cup with more flavor, health benefits, and aroma than commercial tea bags, which are often made up of tiny leaf bits and tea dust which has lost most of its flavor and antioxidants.
Often times, the paper tea bags collapse onto the tea preventing water from infusing every inch of the leaf-flavor is usually extracted after only one steep whereas loose leaf tea can be steeped multiple times for several cups of tea.
As a tea drinker, have you ever considered the true cost of your brewing method? Try giving loose leaf tea a chance to reduce waste.
