This blend of oils is wonderful for helping relieve the aches and pains, soothes the muscles and helps during day or night! I use it every night before I go to bed! I live the whole soothe line!

I love this roller ball! I ordered one and then i got one in my collectors club this month and I am so happy to have 2! I keep one in my purse for when i get tight neck and shoulders from my desk job. But my favorite time to use it is right before the gym! I have horrible shin splints, and i have been rolling this on my leg and foam rolling it before i go to the gym. It loosens the muscle up so much and gets me though my work outs with less pain!

I have a desk job and my neck and shoulders become tight and at times sore. I apply to my muscles and in no time Soothe, is soothing my aches and pains. I won't be without it.
