This Frankincense Carterii is my weekly go-to oil for my beauty regimen! 2-3 drops in a carrier of choice - either in the morning before make-up or in the evening at bedtime. I use it faithfully once a week and have noticed a considerable difference in the texture of my skin. A true beauty must have!

I started using FRANKINCENSE years ago but was some I bought from Market Street. This is my fav - I use it in my diffuser almost daily but I also will dab some behind my ears when I am at the gym in the sauna and appropriately, when I am reading my daily devotional! This FRANKINCENSE is so incredible and I just can't use it enough. FAV for sure.

I started using this because of a cancer diagnosis. It has kept my cancer cell count under the accepted count. I put a drop on my thumb, and press it to the roof of my mouth every morning. I'm 2 years cancer free!
I also use it for dark spots, with some success.

I had read that Frankincense is good for the mind and emotions, easing anxiety. For me, the scent does have a calming affect. I rub a little in between my collar bone and breathe deeply. The deep breathing and the added distraction of the scent really helps me to clear my mind and not react as intensely to my emotions.
