This oil is fantastic to help support weight loss. I have used it since Friday (it is Monday now) 8 drops of oil in a large glass of water and it really helps curve my appetite ALL day! I've lost a pound each day since starting this EO.

I love the Trim metabolic blend. I start each morning with a 16 ounce glass of water with a couple drops of my Trim blend, 2 tablespoons of Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar, & Sugar Free Totally Light & Fit To Go Vitamin B powder! This recipe gets me going in the morning & kick starts my metabolism for the day. I have lost weight. Also I previously used a similar blend from another company which was much more expensive & Trim is just as good! I LOVE Jade Bloom Oils!

I've been taking this in a capsule. It has definitely curbed my appetite. I'm not sure how much weight I have lost, but my clothes are starting to fit a little looser! I'm a fan!

Ok, I've been using this trim oil for almost a month now and not only have I lost a few extra pounds, but I immediately noticed how I'm not as hungry after putting 7 or 8 drops in a bottle of water every day. Plus, it tastes great and makes my water not so boring. I actually had a friend give this to me, but I'll be returning soon to place my first Jade Bloom order :).
