- AmazingI somewhat knew to oils. I've done lots of research into them and have many household recipes to make. But I wasn't sure about how to use them for weight loss. TRIM is the perfect combination of oils for that. I'm I mindless eater and this has a mild taste and is amazing with warding off that hungry feeling.

- Refreshing!I think this tastes refreshing. Been adding a drop to two drops to water a couple times a day, before meals. It helps calm that hangry tummy before you eat sonyou don't overeat.

- Smells greatI have not lost any weight since using this product and it doesnt make me feel fuller or anything like that but I enjoy the smell. I added it to water one time and it make my mouth tingle so I probably wont be doing that again.
