Diff works at boosting your metabolism, so don't take on an empty stomach haha I put a few drops in my glass water bottle for work and drink it through out the day. And of course essential oils are amazing and can be used for multiple things. So on top of boosting your metabolism this helps me not get sick at work. I was the only one at work that didn't get the sickness that was going around. My favorite blend.
