- I'm not sureIt smells good and is nice to diffuse with an uplifting aroma.....but it doesn't suppress my appetite. It just doesn't work at all for that.

- Appetite suppression aid - great!A drop of Trim is a flavorful treat to my water. Does aid with appetite suppression, and as I ingest very few and only the most minor amounts of oil, this is one I feel safe in so doing.
