- UpliftingI love the smell. Uplifting. Tastes good. I am not certain how much it is aiding in boosting my metabolism, but if it is helping suppress my appetite even some it still is a winner in my book.

- SummaryI have IBS and other stomach issues, but really don't like licorice (in the digest blend). This blend is an awesome alternative, since it includes peppermint and ginger. I use it in my water daily and it helps keep my tummy happy! If it helps with metabolism and appetite I'm that much happier.

- Great to DiffuseI really enjoyed this blend when I diffused it but I could not stomach it at all when I put even the tiniest amount in water! I think it was the cinnamon oil that was a little too potent for me. I hoped it was an acquired taste, but I could not learn to enjoy it. I will stick to diffusing it. Hopefully you will have better luck with it than I did!
