This is an excellent oil to use to rid yourself of those pesky
pains in your knee. I use it at least 2x weekly!

I love to drop this on sore muscles and rub in with lotion to loosen things up a bit, but also love to diffuse it. Just don't put in too many drops, or you'll have watery eyes!

My bf gets serious cramps in legs at times and we use this. We also use the muscle rub too and if u suffer from these issues u will b thankful for getting some of this. He loves it! We have a shelf full of stuff that truly just don't give the relief u want! Definitely recommend this!
