Disappointed in the shampoo & conditioner

I discovered Jade Bloom several years ago & I love their products. I had never tried the shampoo or conditioner before, but I thought I’d love them, and I just don’t. I have long hair. The shampoo is ok, but I was especially disappointed in the conditioner. It didn’t do much for my hair at all, still left it feeling tangled and almost “dry”? (I’m not sure if that’s the best way to describe it). I still use my store-bought conditioner to make it feel smooth. I will use the rest of what I have, because I know the oils are good for my hair, but after I finish these, I won’t be buying them again. (The smell is amazing though!)

Love, love, love, love! Smells like a little piece of heaven! Even my husband, who doesn’t like many smells, asked what I’d used on my hair? And, if I didn’t have really thick and long hair, I’d use all the time. Love it!

I love the small of this shampoo/conditioner and so does my kids. Hair feels clean. If conditioner seems too thick, add a little water to the bottle.

These have turned my showering routine into a spa-like experience! The smell & the essential oils in the products are relaxing & make me feel happy & uplifted! The Lemon Cedarwood conditioner is by far my favorite & leaves my hair smelling great. I do have to say that it has left my hair soft, but the next day very greasy. I think it is just my hair detoxing from the chemicals in my normal treatment. My only major complaint is I wish it came in bigger sized bottles!!!!!!!

I am really sad to write this review. I love Jade Bloom products. I was looking forward to a great shampoo and conditioner. It is more expensive than I normally pay for hair products, but because it is natural, I sprung for it. I also loved that it has pump tops even for this small size. I have long but thin hair, a few inches below my shoulders, but the shampoo and the conditioner are rather "dry", as in, not creamy. I used 15 or more pumps for the shampoo and it still was difficult to spread in my hair. That many pumps did, finally, give some suds, which helped. The conditioner was the same. They both smell divine (citrus), and while I would normally throw out shampoos, etc that don't work, I will use this because of the oils in them. They may work much better for short hair. In my eyes, though, it needs some refining.
