My husband and I have been using this same blend from another company at a much higher price. The only difference in the blend is that this one has lemon essential oil and the one we were using has orange. This one works so much faster. We put a few drops in a shot of water and boom!!!! Any flu-like symptoms are gone. The other one we were using took a couple of shots to do the trick sometimes.

As the cold and flu season is in full swing it is essential to have the is my arsenal. Diffusing this or just having it in a roller ball on hand is a great way to use this awesome blend. You could use the single oils in a pinch, but is more cost effective to buy this magical blend.

I use this when myself or anyone in my family gets a hint of sickness or after being around someone who was sick. We massage one drop on bottom of each foot-biggest pores on bottom of feet so gets into system faster- for many days and if upper respiratory rub on throat and back of neck. I also put it in a drink with 1 cup water, 1 tablespoon each of Braggs apple cider vinegar and raw honey. I heat it until warm enough to dissolve RAW honey( regular honey is bad for you). If you boil water it will kill immune boosting enzymes in raw honey. Then I pour in mug adding 3 drops of protect and 3 drops of orange essential oil. Enjoy!! Feels delightful on sore throat. Make and drink as often as you want-at least twice daily.

I use this oil on my family whenever something icky is going around or someone starts to show symptoms of bacterial or viral infection. works great!!

Good clean scent

I have begun using protect topically since I received it and I am already notice a difference in my overall feeling of health and immunity.. no colds yet and everyone around me is sniffling and coughing! yay!
