I diffuse this almost every day! I also put a drop or two in my dishwasher! It seems to have warded off illnesses in our family, when others around us have been sick! I love the smell of this!

Protect is a must to have on hand. I have not had a cold or flu bug in 5 years. I was using DoTerra's On Guard which is basically the same. They use orange essential oil and Protect uses lemon in the blend. There is a major difference in the price so I am saving a whole lot of money. I felt sick yesterday and took a shot of this in water and it knocked it out immediately. I also diffuse it and clean with it. We always keep at least 2 bottles on hand.

I am so thankful that I found Protect. I have been diffusing it for days to fight off the germs from this cold going around. So far our colds have been minimal and not spreading through our home like wildfire. Great smell too!!
