Advantages
I've always struggled with seasonal allergies and got in the habit of taking decongestants and antihistamines. A friend suggested I try essential oils. I had low expectations but have to admit, this blend clears my head and sinuses and without the side effects of OTC drugs. I inhale directly out of the bottle and can focus on work (...or my workout ...or my golf game :-) )Comment

I adore this blend, it's my 2nd favorite next to 'well being.' Uplifts me when I'm in an iffy mood and it also opens up my airways so I feel soooo much better in the colder weather! It also gives me energy in the daytime but oddly enough can be very comforting in the night time, if that makes any sense. I just love this blend.
