Ok I have been a diabetic over 6 yrs. I have many sores. I tried a lot of products and prescriptions to no avail. I had some sores for 2 years that NEVER healed. I applied this 2 times a day and in 2 days Shocked both myself AND my physician. THIS WORKS. Its very gentles to fragile skin. I am under in home nursing care and they were amazed.
