I love this EO. It's an interesting story my lymph node on the right side of my throat became swollen due to either my body detoxing or allergies, and I kept applying this essential oil to that side of my throat in the morning and the citrus was so fast acting it could actually reduce the swelling in my tongue on that side of my throat and help me with expelling stuck mucus (gross I know). I would say this is very powerful for lymphatic drainage and helping with detoxification just as lemon eo is. Highly recommend to have on hand! Plus you can drop it in your water for tastier water.

I keep this oil in my purse and it goes with me wherever I go. I drink about 4-5 drops every day. Helps keep me energized and keeps my metabolism fast. This has helped me feel energetic when I'm exercising and has helped me maintain weight even when I'm over-eating or not eating healthy. I use it mostly internally but it does smell wonderful enough to diffuse regularly.
