Very flavorful in my daily drinking water for my body.

I've used Grapefruit from a MlM Co before I was indroduced to Jade Bloom, I Love Jade Blooms Grapefruit love diffusing it the calming effect I get I'm a very nervous person. I'm definetly going to use it in a hand and face cream.

This oil has a great scent and can be whipped into anything. Works great on diffuser bracelet, in face creams or sprays.

I love this to brighten my day up a little. I got it with the purpose of freshening up a room. I live in an old house and my office (needs remodeling desperately) smells a little like old wood. So, I got this for that purpose, but when I sit in there and diffuse Grapefruit and Lemon it gives me a lovely boost!

This is a great oil to diffuse for a pick me up. It also works good with frankincense and black seed with black seed for pain.

I got this to use with cinnamon bark/leaf for a sugar cravings inhaler. You use it any time you crave sugar. 9 drops grapefruit, 1 drop cinnamon.

Use this for skincare and aromatherapy

Grapefruit is my fav of all the citrus and it is great in a blend with sweet orange and bergamot.

I love using this in all forms. I use it most in my inhalers and diffusers. To help curb my appetite. I also roll in on my aromatherapy bracelets as well.

I love plain greek yogurt and flavor it myself to cut down on sugar and calories. Grapefuit oil adds a wonderful taste to the yogurt. Also seems I'm not hungry as quick.
