I left a review in 2019 when going through menopause and it was wonderful then. Now I am through menopause and I find that Empower has been significantly helping me sleep better. I’m hoping that it helps to lessen my hair loss which can be caused by a lack of progesterone. I use it every night before bed on the back of my neck, wrists, inside elbows and bottom of my feet. Sometimes across my abdomen. I started using this again not too long ago so I don’t have any other issues it may be helping with. I will update if I notice anything else in a month or so. Definitely a great oil.

I diluted this oil 2:1 in a roller bottle with jojoba oil for easy application. This allows me to use the oil in different areas on my body.

Advantages

This is an amazing oil- I just started my change of life and the hot flashes were bad- this oil is helping me and smells better than my normal perfumes with no chemicals in it and a fraction of the price of other oils -love It!

I purchased this out of curiosity. I was pleasantly surprised when I first opened the bottle and took a whiff. It is a beautiful feminine blend! Love the scent! I have noticed that when I wear it I don't have any hot flashes or night sweats! Amazing! Thank you for finally providing me with some relief from the dreaded menopausal symptoms naturally! I will definitely purchase this again! You are the best!

I purchased a sample to try, and see how it would affect me, my mood and hormones. Love the smell, it definitely can be used a perfume. Very feminine, not too sweet, lifts my mood for sure. As per progesterone, i will have to use it little longer to see ben effect, so far i have been applying it for two days, to back of my neck, inner arms, wrists. Would buy a full size... for the perfume purpose.

Disadvantages

The smell doesn’t stay long on the skin, two hours or so.

It’s Lovely! If you purchasing this blend, for hormonal reasons, I don’t know if it will help with progesterone, but I would still recommend it.

Love! I first tried as a sample now I am ordering the full size. I don't know how I lived without this before. It has helped tremendously with my mood (and my marriage :) ) And my husband loves the smell so that's a bonus!

The smell of empower is very pleasing. I am not at a point of hormonal disruption currently, so I cannot speak to its value in that regard. I will continue to use it and monitor it.

I bought last year in the roller ball and probably should’ve contact support because my roller ball leaked and when I took out to finally use it was 75% empty. I just bought again to hopefully help with moodiness and hormones. Will try with the Clary Sage kit. I have the rose water and love it. Very refreshing. Also hoping will help daughter during her cycle.

I am a postpartum ball of hormones right now and I was hoping Empower (among other things) would help me achieve some balance. It’s hard to say what has worked best but I am sure I love the oscent of this oil.

I love this oil. I keep it on my night stand and use it twice a day. It has helped my hot flashes to practically go away, no more night sweats! The fragrance is perfect as a perfume so wearing it every day I don't have to put on perfume. I am going to have my 19 yr old daughter try it during her cycle to see if it gives her some relief. If possible I will update this. All in all a great eo for women.

This blend is great for a mood lift and it smells soooo great. I rub it on the back of my neck and on my belly every morning.
