I love to cook with instead of chili powder. You only need a very little.

Used to put a teaspoon of chili powder in my morning lemon water until I ordered this particular oil from Jade Bloom! It's such a potent EO that I need only 2 or 3 drops to do the job that the teaspoon of chili powder did! It's also great for deep aches and pains when added to a carrier oil of choice. I tell you, I am never going back to over the counter pain rubs thanks to the wonderful work of Jade Bloom!

I love the smell of this oil and cooking with it is awesome for adding some spice to recipes and using it for muscle pain is amazing!

Helped with arthritis issues. Be extremely careful as if you touch your face or sensitive area with undiluted oil it will definitely burn. Awesome when used with a carrier oil, I used jojoba.
