While there are other uses to explore for this valuable oil, I originally intended to use it in topical application prior to exercising, ....blood circulation, targeting areas, etc....I have not used it often or consistently enough to endorse its use for this purpose. I do however agree with those who caution to dilute, dilute, dilute.

This is my favorite add in for my shampoo. After having my daughter, my hair started thinning, and this has saved it!

I live for spicy food! Whenever I make food, I use a few drops depending on how spicy I want it, and it works great for when you have a sore throat! A drop or two of chili oil with a lemon and just gargle it for a min.

I use it for cooking, just 3-4 drops adds a nice spice to any meal.

Great warming property if mixed well with a carrier oil.
