Advantages

Great addition to my hair treatment oil. Have the treatment thickening gel, saw this as ingredient and trying the recommended oil to "spice up" my regular hair routine as well. The gel is sticky, messy not for everyone or every day. This is easy to adapt.

Disadvantages

Careful it's a little spicy on cuts or sensitive areas.

I’ve been using this on my husband for years … diluted with almond oil, of course. It provides fast and effective knee pain for him.

Great for natural pain relief

This helped with my pain so much! Just 2 drops in a big batch of my whipped balm made all the difference. Gave just enough heat for my cold feet too. Amazing!

While there are other uses to explore for this valuable oil, I originally intended to use it in topical application prior to exercising, ....blood circulation, targeting areas, etc....I have not used it often or consistently enough to endorse its use for this purpose. I do however agree with those who caution to dilute, dilute, dilute.

This is my favorite add in for my shampoo. After having my daughter, my hair started thinning, and this has saved it!

I live for spicy food! Whenever I make food, I use a few drops depending on how spicy I want it, and it works great for when you have a sore throat! A drop or two of chili oil with a lemon and just gargle it for a min.

I use it for cooking, just 3-4 drops adds a nice spice to any meal.

Great warming property if mixed well with a carrier oil.

I'm new to chili seed so I'm still experimenting. Using the hair thickening sent in collectors club and really hope it works!
