Just received this oil as a freebie. I used it in my diffuser last night and the fragrance is still lingering in the air. Very refreshing. I also intend to use in some of my culinary recipes.

What I read in Aromatherapy book was that this Oil is a must have. So I bought it and I am so happy that I did! The day after it arrived I had a terrible upset stomach like I had food poisoning. My husband and I had been at the beach and I had a bowl of clam chowder and it was awesome. On the way home I started feeling nauseous and as soon as I got home I grab this bottle of oil and inhale it and inhale it and felt so much better. As I said earlier this Oil is a keeper and I will never be without.

I really love this Cardamom. Sometimes I put a drop in my milk before adding to tea. Beautiful in fall blends and in the diffuser.

Yeah, it's embarrassing but for a few days straight I was having terrible gas. I read that you could use cardamom and peppermint to relieve it, so I got 2 capsules and put a few drops of cardamom and filled the rest of the capsule up with Black seed oil, then I did the same thing with the other capsule but filled it with peppermint and black seed. I truly noticed a change in my body for the rest of that day. It didn't 100% get rid of my gas but there was a big improvement!

I actually like to add this to my pain blend and put a few drop's on my herbal heating pad. Lovely aroma

I just got my first bottle of this and it is amazing smelling in the diffuser!
