Advantages
One of the best oils for chest congestion! When I start to feel a cold settling in my chest I put 2 drops of this mixed with a carrier oil and it helps to break it up. Won't be without this during cold and flu seasonDisadvantages

Cardamom works great in an inhaler along with eucalyptus for congestion. I also use it in a diffuser blend with lavender, copaiba, neroli, and vanilla.Works great in my kids cough blend

I have only used this in a kids cough blend in an inhaler stick so far, and it works well. Smells great straight out of the bottle.
