I have used it in my pain blend as a new addition since its an antispasmodic.

Received this the other day, haven't used it yet but the aroma is just like the spice. Reminds of the fresh cardamom seeds my grandma uses to make Indian chai and rice pudding with. Good quality and price. Thanks Jade Bloom!

I bought this oil as part of an essential oil protocol I made for my family and myself, for getting rid of the bad bacteria that probiotics can’t reach. So far, so good!

The fast delivery is awesome. Nothing was broken because the bottles are all wrapped well. This oil is part of an auto-immunity blend I made for my family to take to help get rid of some of the bad bacteria in your colon. So far, so good.

Smells warm and a bit spicy. Goes great with diffusing in the fall to remind you of pumpkin spices! Orange, Cinnamon, Clove etc.

Great for getting you out of a funk fast!
