Dear Customer,
Happy Monday Morning! I wanted to personally email you about a major improvement we are making to our caps and euro dropper tops that we are phasing into production and will completely replace all bottles shipped from our distribution center within 2 months.
We discovered a European company that manufacturers the black caps and euro tops that fit our glass bottles that are made of the highest grade medical plastic available and provide different flow options for the euro droppers. The material provides a much tighter fit and has a lower manufacturing discrepancy rate on their molds which will result in a lower leaking rate during shipment brought on primarily by pressure and temperature changes. Additionally, the euro droppers have customized flow options based on the viscosity of the oil which will slow down the flow on our thinner oils and speed up the flow on our thicker oils.
These new caps and euro dropper tops are 6 times more expensive than what we currently pay, but because we believe the quality of the containers that carry our oils should be equal to the quality of the oil we produce, we have been sharpening our pencil to figure out how we could bring the highest quality caps and euro droppers on the market to our customers. Here's how we are going to do it....
As you may have already discovered, our customer service team is top notch and works quickly to resolve any issues you may have with your orders. We understand that some of these issues are directly tied to the caps and euro droppers we currently use. Even though we will always continue to work hard to re-earn your business when you feel a need to reach out to our customer service team, we anticipate these new tops will provide a dramatic savings to our bottom line by reducing the number of bottles needing replacement or loyalty points given in compensation. Additionally, we have increased the price by $1 on the following 3 oils to help offset this additional expense: Frankincense, Peppermint, and Tea Tree.
