Jade Bloom Toothpaste Update: Quality Ingredients & Delivery

I want to personally reach out to you to provide you with an update on our newly announced toothpaste and give you a peek into Jade Bloom's office.

We were absolutely thrilled and frankly overwhelmed to see the demand for our toothpaste when it was first announced. This toothpaste was formulated by our product team over the course of almost a year and the description on our product page documents well the science behind the all natural ingredients we use as well as the science behind the traditional ingredients we didn't use. It is a superior formulation over any other toothpaste currently on the market containing fluoride or glycerin as demonstrated by the research. This month we discovered that we are no longer the small start-up we were last year when we only needed hundreds of bottles of a newly announced product to meet the initial demand. Moving forward we will anticipate the initial demand for our newly released products to be in the thousands before we make any official announcements and we have a growing list of new products that we are excited to bring to market this year.

In the tradition of our efforts to be as transparent and upfront with you as we possibly can, I felt you needed an explanation about the delay on our toothpaste orders. Our toothpaste was formulated and manufactured exclusively by Jade Bloom. We source and manufacture the following 8 ingredients: Fractionated Coconut Oil, Cocoa Butter, Calcium Silicate, Calcium Hydroxyapatite, Baking Soda, Xylitol, and Essential Oils. In preparation for our product launch we sourced enough ingredients to double the batch size and then we made 2 batches. We sold out of our inventory in 45 minutes after the official announcement.

We immediately deactivated the product from our website and then the complaints started coming in expressing your desires to want to place your orders even if it was out of stock. We dialogued with many of you via live chat, phone calls, and emails. Within an hour we made the decision to re-activate the product on the website at the request of many of you, but we added a note to the description and to the title that the product would be out of stock until February 24th, which means any orders containing our Remineralizing Toothpaste would be delayed.

From continuing dialogue with our customers through this first week the toothpaste has been out of stock, we discovered that some of you never noticed the "out of stock" message, which is the main reason I wanted to personally reach out to you with an explanation, provide you with some options for your delayed order, and issue an apology.

First, allow me to specifically address the culprit ingredient causing this delay. Calcium Hydroxyapatite was discovered through a study in 2014 by the U.S. National Library of Medicine to be a superior ingredient in toothpastes to Fluoride in every way. Additionally, it doesn't have the same harmful side effects that Fluoride does in large doses. It is a natural occurring mineral that has the same molecular formula of the primary composition material of our teeth Ca5(PO4)3(OH). We work with a couple of laboratories in sourcing this ingredient, and it typically takes 3 to 4 weeks to receive the ingredient at our manufacturing facility.

Fortunately, we placed an order in the middle of January for more Calcium Hydroxyapatite and even though we have February 24th listed as the "Back In Stock" date on our website, we believe we will begin shipping many delayed packages next week, and most of them by the following week. If you're unwilling to wait then please contact our support team and we will be happy to either cancel your order, or ship the rest of the items in your order and send you a separate package once the toothpaste is ready.

We have dedicated a corner of our office for your orders that are safely waiting on a toothpaste and I decided to activate a live video feed from our security camera where you can see into the corner of Jade Bloom's office where your package is safely waiting to be shipped. Our office is closed through the weekends, but we have temporarily made the live video feed from one of our security cameras to be accessible to the public.
