Peppermint Essential Oil (Mentha piperita)
Peppermint essential oil is one of the most widely used and versatile essential oils in the world. It has an unmistakable minty scent that is wonderful to incorporate in applications supporting:

Refresh Blend, A Blend to Reinvigorate
Ingredients: Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus), Peppermint (Mentha piperita), Sweet Orange (Citrus X sinensis), and Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis)
Once your shower steamers are gone, add 5-7 drops of Refresh to a wet washcloth and place it on the floor of your shower. Make sure to place it in an area where the water can reach, but won't be hit directly. This will ensure that the oils won't evaporate too quickly.
This blend is also ideal for personal inhalers & diffusing to kick your morning off to an energetic start!
