Love putting this in the bath, relaxes the muscles

This blend smells amazing, and works quite well. It's not usually enough for a migraine, but helps with other types of headaches. I have learned to use a wipe after applying because it does cause me to break out a little bit.

I find this oil works really well for me when I have a headache. I put a little on my temples, the base of my neck and on the tip of my nose. It really helps with my tension headaches.

I don't get headaches very often, but since I got into using essential oils I find that I can get rid of my headache quickly using this blend. I rub it on my next and shoulders and some on my temples then I take one Tylenol and my headache is gone in less than ten minutes. I keep this with me at all times.
