I have pretty bad general and social anxiety, and this oil helps a lot when I diffuse it at home or apply it to my skin on the go. The smell is enjoyable in itself, and the added benefits of stress relief make it totally necessary to own.

I use this for headaches. I am not one to get migraines so I am unsure If it does the job there, but can say it helps with tension headaches and for me the ones associated with my seasonal allergies.

My daughter LOVES this blend. She carries a bottle to (high) school with her to rub a little on the back of her neck and the bottoms of her feet on test days.
