I use this for headaches. I am not one to get migraines so I am unsure If it does the job there, but can say it helps with tension headaches and for me the ones associated with my seasonal allergies.

My daughter LOVES this blend. She carries a bottle to (high) school with her to rub a little on the back of her neck and the bottoms of her feet on test days. She swears by it when she has a project due and feels stressed out about it. I love to diffuse it at home on days when I have a lot on my plate. Thank you for another great oil blend!!
