This Oil is Relaxing however I am not a huge fan of the Ylang Ylang scent..i feel that this oil has a lot of that scent in it and overpowers it for me.

This was the first yoga blend that I got and for now, it might be my favorite! It is so calming and I love putting some on my skin to relax. I haven't had much time for my yoga practice lately, and just got a diffuser, but can't wait to use it for both!

I have PTSD and the first time I diffused this oil, I was so amazed..I did not expect it to be so calming. I use this in my diffuser every night now, I can sleep and it keeps the nightmares away..I have never felt like this without it being from a pill.. please never stop making this..this has become my safety in a bottle. I purchased for my MIL when she said she was looking for an oil to diffuse while she did YOGA. She LOVES it (as did I). She also wears it to feel calm at work. :)
