This is such an amazing oil with so many healing benefits! We use this in our morning smoothies with along with black pepper oil!

Wow!! Turmeric is certainly pungent as a single oil, but I was pleasantly surprised to smell how well it blended with other oils in a hair serum. I was afraid all you would be able to smell was this Turmeric, but I was wrong! Don't be afraid to use in your blends!

Great addition to my tea

I had heard that black pepper and turmeric daily is a super-food. So I mix one drop of each in the morning in a shot glass of water. It is also supposed to help to detox. I also hope that it will help with my circulation and arthritis. Can't get any better quality so it's worth a try and certainly can't hurt me.

Turmeric is great for inflammation!!! I use Turmeric to create my own special anti inflammatory relief. I have chronic pain from a spine injury. Turmeric is a go to in my bag of tricks!
