I use this for aromatherapy in my diffuser. Diffused by iftself i'm not a fan however it blends nicely with others.

I had a little to black seed and black pepper and omg helped so much with my pain.

Paired this 1:1 with blackseed oil to help with arthritic knuckle and had relief for days. I am so impressed!

I have had 2 hop replacements due to arthritis and I jsut cant stand eating too much tumeric. SO this was a godsend. Rub a bit on my hips and bam. Instant relief when paired with soothe. May not have the best scent, but the power of it is worth it.

Love the smell of this oil but especially love the pain relief. I used it 1:1 with black cumin seed oil and have had no pain since (that was about a week ago) Very grateful!
