I've already notice a difference in only a week! My teeth are whiter, my gums have stopped bleeding and are less inflamed! I got the grapefruit flavor, it's very light and refreshing!

It's great when a toothpaste does what it says it is going to do. I cannot say enough about this product. I had sensitive gums, and a broken tooth (which I cannot afford at the moment, to get removed) well after about a week, my gums stopped bleeding and being sensitive, my broken tooth no longer hurts. Not to mention the immune boosting effects. My roommate used to get a cold every year, and she would inevitably give it to me, and we would ping pong back and forth, giving it to each other. Well not so this year, she got sick, and I stayed healthy. And it refreshing to have a toothpaste that doesn't make you look like a rabid dog when you are done brushing your teeth. A wonderful product, I have since ordered 2 more jars so I don't take the chance of running out, thank you Jade bloom!

I give 4 stars at the moment only because I have only been using for about a week. My teeth have never felt cleaner tho. I did start using it in addition to my normal toothpaste because I didnt like the lack of bubbly toothpaste for some reason.

My daughter and I have loved this product, we just ordered a second one in a different flavor to try out since she is terrified we will run out and she would have to go back to normal tooth paste. For myself personally I have gum disease and usually my gums bleed when I brush, this has not happened since I have been using this product. Our teeth feel cleaner, appear whiter, and my gums look and feel healthier.

Overpowering!

After just a couple of uses I realize that this is not a product I can use every day, the spearmint flavor is so overpowering even using a half a pea size! It stays on your breath for hours even to the point of ruining your taste buds, everything taste like spearmint, not good when you're trying to enjoy a nice lunch or dinner, it never goes away. I suggest using it only a few times per week or when you've got to have fresh breath all day no matter what the cost! They definitely gave to reduce the amount of essential oil they use.

So I usually have a dentist's appointment once every six months. They alternate between a regular cleaning and a deep cleaning with alternate visits. Yeah, I have bad teeth despite brushing, rinsing, flossing, etc. I think I have some kind of super-bacteria in my mouth or something. :) A year and a half ago, I had a problem with my molars which necessitated a number of visits to a specialist to kill the infection and deal with the jaw bone recession. Come to find out, my insurance didn't cover it. It was expensive. A year ago, I had my last dentist's appointment, and while they attempted to schedule me for the specialist, I told them no, since I can't afford it and insurance didn't cover it. I went home, researched how to remineralize teeth, and stumbled upon Jade Bloom's calcium hydroxyapatite / essential oil Protect toothpaste. I ordered some. (That was my first order. My second order was broken in shipment, and much to my pleasant surprise, when Jade Bloom was informed of the breakage, they immediately shipped me a whole new batch. Thank you!) I also found Glee Gum... it's a natural chicle gum with xylitol instead of sugar or artificial sweeteners. Xylitol is a longer-chain sugar that bacteria find difficult to break down. Chewing gum not only prompts the jaw bone and tooth roots to thicken from the constant stress, but it encourages saliva flow, and your saliva also contains the minerals needed to remineralize teeth. I bought 1600 pieces of the gum (they sell it in 400 piece bulk containers), and I chew it all day long, usually using two pieces to cover the entire day (one after breakfast, one after lunch). Yes, my jaw muscles have gotten really strong. Fast forward to two weeks ago, I had a bit of food caught in my right-rear tooth's gum, and it became inflamed so much it started spreading up and forward in my cheek. At the same time, I got the notification of my upcoming dentist's appointment in two weeks. Knowing I'd never make it two weeks with that kind of pain, I did more research. I learned that ancient Romans used to brush their teeth with salt. Salt is an antibiotic in that it sucks the water out of bacteria, killing it. So, each night and each morning after brushing with Jade Bloom's toothpaste, I'd rinse with really, really strong saltwater, then not rinse with fresh water after that, leaving some salt in the gums to continue killing bacteria. The infection went away. Start with warm water, and put enough salt in it that you can see some of it precipitating out, even though you stir it. Yeah, it'll likely make you feel like puking the first time you use it, but you'll get used to it. Don't swallow it, though. Fast forward to today... it'd been a year since my last dentist's appointment, and usually by six months my gums are inflamed and bleeding and the dentist would warn me yet again that if I "don't start taking better care of my teeth, I'll lose them", despite my brushing, rinsing and flossing. Well, today is different. At my dentist's appointment today, when the dental hygienist cleaned my teeth, it didn't take long at all, and when she flossed them, the only place that bled was the gum around that right-rear tooth which had had an infection and was still healing up, and it only bled a little bit. The dentist said my teeth hadn't changed since my last visit, and that's a very good thing in my case, as usually they'd be really bad by six months, let alone an entire year. So, for other Jade Bloom'ers, if you have teeth like mine, the above might help.
