AdvantagesNice loose leaf tea
CommentBrewed up a quart of this. Enjoyed it hot and iced. I had indulged in a couple of whiskey tastings in less than 24 hours and felt the need to help my body out. After I finished, I did feel better.
I’m enjoying this tea.

AdvantagesHelp keep the flu/cold away. Builds up your immune system.
CommentLove the taste but then again I haven't found one I didn't like. Just remember not to over steep it.

I agree with those who mention the tea is very light in flavor and it does require straining beyond the use of the tea ball. I prefer a stronger flavor, but made it as directed the first time. I might try steeping it longer.

While I enjoyed the flavor of this tea and was drinking it for the benefits of helping with inflammation, I found that it was finer than the tea ball and I ended up with a lot of the tea particles in my cup. I had to strain it each time. I will buy it again knowing that I need to try a different tea ball or just be prepared to strain it again.
