Tallow + Botanics is a rich, nutrient-dense moisturizer that blends the time-tested power of pure beef tallow with advanced botanical ingredients for modern skin health. This concentrated balm deeply nourishes and protects the skin while promoting softness, balance, and a radiant glow.
Unlike whipped tallow, this formula retains its natural, dense texture—melting instantly when warmed by the skin. It can be gently whipped at home for a lighter feel. Only half of a pea-size amount is needed, making this jar long-lasting and incredibly efficient.

How to Use
Warm half of a pea-size amount between clean fingertips and press gently into damp skin to lock in moisture.
Use morning and night as a facial moisturizer, or apply anywhere you want deep nourishment—hands, elbows, or décolletage.
Our favorite use: As a nightly facial balm or morning glow finisher beneath makeup.

I absolutely loved the tallow + botanics, it’s a silky feel and smells incredible. Mine came in a more Liquidy consistency rather than a thicker balm. Therefore it did not last long at all. I will continue to buy this product. I might try Jades other tallow products as well. I’m a forever customer!Disadvantages
The size and price is a huge disadvantage, my 1oz jar didn’t last long at all, the consistency was more liquified rather than a thicker balm as pictured, therefore it didn’t even last a month at that price I might need to try another product. But I absolutely love the tallow + botanics. I will buy again and see if it lasts longer and if the balm is supposed to be thicker or liquid consistency.Comment

We hear you on the price point, quality ingredients like our Blue Lotus and our Tallow base do come with a slightly higher cost, but that's exactly why a little goes such a long way. We promise it's worth it once you find your rhythm with it.
A couple tips that might help the balm last longer and feel more like what you're used to:
Storage: since the base is Tallow & Prickly Pear Oil it naturally stays softer in warmer temps. Popping it in a cool spot (even the fridge for a bit) will firm it right up.
Amount: you really only need about half a pea sized amount per use. Cleanse, tone, then emulsify that half pea size to pea sized between your palms and pat it into your face. It stretches so much further than you'd think.

I was very skeptical about trying this as I had tried a different tallow and was very turned off by it. To my surprise I absolutely LOVE this Tallow+Botanicals. It's so nourishing. My face feels smooth and moisturized all day long. The fragrance is so amazing. When I come home from work and wash my face then the tallow the fragrance soothes my mind. It has no funky odor to it at all. I love how it just glides right on. I think this is my all time favorite facial product of this type. Love!Disadvantages
The ONLY thing I can say is a disadvantage is the price and the size. I love it so much but just can't afford to keep it stocked in my cabinet at all times, unfortunately. I love it so much and am greatly disappointed when I'm not able to order again for a while.Comment
