I grow spearmint and mint and usually when I flavor my water or tea I use mint leaves --preferred flavor (summertime). I make a special green tea blend that I sweeten with honey and lemon and drink cold. I recently added a drop of spearmint to the liter and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. It took the drink to a new level and will now be a staple to the recipe.

I love the Spearmint oil, it smells so fresh, I use it in my water for a fresh taste, and I also use it for sore muscles. I have only had it for a couple of weeks, so I am sure more uses will be coming my way. I love Jade Bloom oils.

Spearmint is one of my favorite oils. It has a very clean scent. I diffuse it along with peppermint when for sinus problems. I also use it when I have a headache or sore muscles.

I have been using Jade Bloom oils since just a couple of months after they got the company started and I have to say I could not be more pleased with the quality of these oils. I haven't had many issues, mostly some leaky bottles, but the few that I have had were immediately addressed and replaced and/or compensated.
