This Spearmint oil is a wonderful addition to anyone’s home. Is smells wonderful. It is not overwhelming. Is has a light smell. It is an oil that can be defused alone, or blended. I like to blend it with orange, for an extra pick me up. It can also be added to a roller bottle or inhaler. Used in a pain blend. Love this oil.
