I use soothe rub for headaches, colds (it's better than vaporub) and any kind of ache or pain. It's even good to use as a chapstick. I love how quick and easy it is to use in the rub form.

I carry tension in my shoulders and this has a good long lasting cooling, tingling effect that helps the tension ease away. Also after a long day at work and when my lower back is tight I had some massaged in, didn't feel the tingling like on my neck but the tightness went away immediately. It smells great too.

I have severe, debilitating sciatica. I've tried all kinds of creams, salves, ointments with little to no relief. I saw the statement that this stuff is very potent and had to try it. I would give this 100 stars if I could! No kidding. I suffer with many autoimmune diseases. I am in constant pain, often bed bound. This fusion has allowed me to function at times where I wold otherwise not have been able. For MAX. pain relief, use the SOOTHE blend under this. O. M. G. I couldn't believe how fast it worked. Later on my Dad's knee was bothering him, I rubbed some of this on his knee, covered it in plastic, and put a hot pack on top. He said, "Is it possible that this is already working?" "Yes!" I replied. Truly amazing. I would highly recommend this, especially for people with chronic pain.

I used this on my shoulder joints and aching legs. It works well and I can honestly say it helped me sleep better. The only thing I didn't like was the smell. ..it's terrible!
