It’s not Beng—y in a good way, and it works so nicely!

Advantages

This Soothe rub is literally a back savior! Bonus my joints in the fingers get nerve pain relief as i rub it in all the other aches. Scent is nice, not too strong or medicinal smell. Obsorbs quickly and lasting relief beyond other topical applications in my experience.

Disadvantages

Just remember you're gonna have this on your hands, even after a wash, that may not be so well taken in sensitive areas ie eyes, restroom breaks. Wash hands additionally and well before touching sensitive areas. Otherwise, enjoy the relief.

Works SUPER fast, you only need a small amount to ease pain and I personally love the scent! Incidentally, it is also quite effective at opening and clearing my sinuses and essing sinus headaches.

I ordered this Sooth muscle rub a few months back and it's a game changer! I will never be without this double duty rub now! Not only does it quickly ease muscle pain with such a small amount, but it smells great (to me), and a bit on my temples and sinus area and with a quick inhale its all I need to effectively clear and open my sinus and ban headaches without pharmaceuticals. I can't say enough good things about this rub. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!

Warming and cooling feeling helps ease pain on contact. The rub melts at body temperature so it makes a nice massage cream.

Disadvantages

It should be used with caution, as it is very strong and may cause skin irritation with prolonged use. The vapors can irritate eyes and mucus membranes in sensitive people.

My housemate had partial hip replacement after a fall this winter. I started using Soothe Rub to ease the pain and spasms in her leg and feet. It worked really well and did a great job of relieving the symptoms. It is lovely to use as a massage cream, as it melts at body temp.

Although this muscle rub is a little strong on the scent it is 100% the best!! I use it on a regular basis and it lasts for a long time before needing to reapply it, if necessary. It works great to relieve pain in any part of your body.

I've made roller bottles with Soothe and it's benefits have been amazing. I got the Muscle Rub to try. A pea sized piece is all you need for a neck area for long lasting relief. I tend to carry tension in my neck and this has helped very much.

I have Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome. Since I have been using Soothe and added a B6 supplement to my daily routine I have noticed significant improvement in my feet. I also use it on my knee for arthritis.
