Works SUPER fast, you only need a small amount to ease pain and I personally love the scent! Incidentally, it is also quite effective at opening and clearing my sinuses and essing sinus headaches.

I ordered this Sooth muscle rub a few months back and it's a game changer! I will never be without this double duty rub now! Not only does it quickly ease muscle pain with such a small amount, but it smells great (to me), and a bit on my temples and sinus area and with a quick inhale its all I need to effectively clear and open my sinus and ban headaches without pharmaceuticals. I can't say enough good things about this rub. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!

Warming and cooling feeling helps ease pain on contact. The rub melts at body temperature so it makes a nice massage cream.

Disadvantages

It should be used with caution, as it is very strong and may cause skin irritation with prolonged use. The vapors can irritate eyes and mucus membranes in sensitive people.

My housemate had partial hip replacement after a fall this winter. I started using Soothe Rub to ease the pain and spasms in her leg and feet. It worked really well and did a great job of relieving the symptoms. It is lovely to use as a massage cream, as it melts at body temp.

Although this muscle rub is a little strong on the scent it is 100% the best!! I use it on a regular basis and it lasts for a long time before needing to reapply it, if necessary. It works great to relieve pain in any part of your body.

I've made roller bottles with Soothe and it's benefits have been amazing. I got the Muscle Rub to try. A pea sized piece is all you need for a neck area for long lasting relief. I tend to carry tension in my neck and this has helped very much.

I have Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome. Since I have been using Soothe and added a B6 supplement to my daily routine I have noticed significant improvement in my feet. I also use it on my knee for arthritis.

May I suggest a small applicator that can be left in the jar -that way product is not left on the finger which by accident can be brought to the face/eyes.

I used it for pain which it worked for the whole day which is great. It enables me to do more which I was not able to do before it was applied. Had pain in 3 different areas and applying to one area of pain alleviated pain in all 3 areas.

Love the smell. Works well at soothing the muscles ,aches, pains. I have received this product in three different packages...all which had their pros and cons. The metal bottle was hard to get all the product out before it changed consistency, silicone tube is cute but products often dry out before finishing products and the glads jar is probably best, but dont drop it!

Love this rub! Smells amazing and it works great! I sometimes open the jar and just inhale the vapors just because the smell is so uplifting. And it definitely eases the stress-induced muscle stiffness in my neck and shoulders and feels great on my achy knees. :-)

Can't think of any. ...unless you don't like the small of wintergreen (which I Love)

I live in Arizona and had concerns about having this rub shipped to me during the extreme heat summer. Was thinking of waiting until cooler months to order but decided to take a chance. Yes, the rub was liquid when it arrived but after a gentle shake and a couple hours in the refrigerator, it was perfect again. I like this rub so well, that when it was promoted just a couple months later, I ordered another jar. :-)

I would not want to be without this product I couldn'T FUNCTION without it. Can get a night sleep. Relieves the pain.
