I purchased this to help with hot flashes and hopefully I will see some results soon. Still trying it and thought at first I would hate the smell but it is very pleasant. Have also blended with lavender.

This oil has quickly and unexpectedly become one of my absolute favorites. The smell is incredible, and I love the balancing effect it has on my mood and hormones.

I love this oil! I make a roller bottle with this, lavender, and a carrier oil and whenever I feel a little “moody”, I roll this on and it relaxes me. I will also diffuse it on stressful days.
