quality sage!

I followed the directions for mixing Clary Sage and Bergamot in water to gargle. My throat was so sore I could hardly swallow. I gargled 3 times the first day and thought - "this is doing nothing". The next morning I gargled before leaving for work. Sometime in the afternoon I stopped short and realized my throat wasn’t hurting. I was shocked and impressed. Later in the afternoon it was a little bit sore so I gargled again when I got home. This will be my “go to” in the future.

I am at the age where menopausal symptoms are happening. Make a lotion with this and apply it at night. It has helped immensely!

I am literally obsessed with this oil. It is great for hormone balance, PMS and helping with moods. I also love that it can clear energy without having to deal with the smoke of burning sage. Going through my bottle fast and will surely buy another!

Use it on my feet daily for vertigo

I love the scent of the front section. However, I don't like the taste of the back section, like a sticky woman.

Absolutely gorgeous scent! It's my favorite oil. If you are very sensitive like me, diffusing or inhaling straight from the bottle before bed can impact your dreams negatively. I don't prefer using it at night because my dreams were vivid and scary (I deal with bad dreams anyway), but for others it could be a lot of fun/enhance dreams in a good way.
