- Patchouli: It's not for everyone...As other reviewers have pointed out, Unwind has a *powerful* Patchouli kick to it. Personally, my "homemade" fave relaxation/anti-anxiety blend for the diffuser is: JB Savasana blend + a couple drops of Pink Grapefruit added (the citrus balances the tropical-floral Ylang Ylang in Savasana nicely).
