- Essential!!It's essential to have in several rooms of the house, car, office etc. GREAT for headaches and to ease tension. Helps to release phlegm from lungs as well.

- Peppermint for headachesSince I've been inhaling peppermint essential oil when I have a headache, I don't use any traditional pain killers. Love that I don't rely on pain meds anymore.

- One of my faves!This is my go-to oil! I suffer from headaches and migraines. Peppermint oil stops the headaches. Also great for fevers!
