- It helpedI had a day I just could not keep my mind on what I needed to. I used the focus and then forgot about about it. Late I realized I had accomplished what I needed to w no headache or stress I had been calm. I would have to say it’s was the focus.

- Smells greatSmells great. Only concern is with the sage, sage is said to be toxic I think. I fills my entire room with scent. I wonder why rosemary wasn't in this blend, but it does the job of helping you focus IMHO.

- FocusThis blend is AMAZING !!!!! I can't explain the scent, but it smells WONDERFUL, & when you diffuse it, WOW !!!!!! I use it,also in a Roller Ball, with Vetiver, Myrrh, Frankincense, & little Bit of Peppermint !!!! then I add Fractionated Coconut oil. . And a Awesome new blend that helps with PAIN
