I use Oregano oil on my arches for plantar fasciitis and it takes away the pain within minutes every time!! I use it neat on my arches and just rub them together. One of my favorite oils!!

Jyst recently ordered 2 bottles of this. Used 2 drops coupled with 2 drops peppermint diluted in organic coconut oil and rubbed it on the bottom of thw feet of all who siffered. Perfect! We slept well. And are feeling better now.

This is one of my favorite oils, to use for antibiotic or when my allergies kick up just a couple of drops with olive oil and rub on the bottom of my feet for support of allergies love this oil
