Love the scent of nutmeg. Using this on my mother who is circulatory problems she's not one to use essential oils but because she recognizes the name she trusted

I love to diffuse this with orange and cinnamon ... very calming for me

I love nutmeg, and it's smell, when we put it in egg nog, but the oil is nothing like that. I'm not really enjoying the smell.

Use it in the diffuser with cinnamon n orange. Amazing aroma through the house. Calms you through n through

While I will not diffuse this oil alone I do love mixing it with other oils and diffusing different blends.
