Peppermint oil is a staple in my home. I love the fresh clean crisp smell. I mix it with baking soda to use as an all natural carpet and upholstery refresher, I smell it directly from the bottle when I need a pick me up or if I have a headache or upset stomach, I put a few drops in ice water to soak a wash cloth in to use as a cool down after work outs or hikes. The list goes on for the ways I use this oil!

I've read that Myrrh has a strong odor. Well, I have a lousy sense of smell so barely picked up any scent. I just made a special blend for myself -f Frankincense, Myrrh, Bergamot, lemon mixed with my new carrier oil. It smells like heaven to me! I also added a drop of Myrrh & Frankincense to my vitamin E moisturizer - OMG my face is glowing!
