Advantages

I'm going to be totally honest - I use this for hormones. I'm a female with notoriously horrible hormonal swings. I use this along with oils like Clary Sage, Lavender, Jasmine, and Spikenard. This WORKS. I put it in my baths, and mix it with a carrier oil to massage into my stomach. It reduces cramps and helps to regulate other PMS symptoms like hot flashes, etc. The only complaint I have is that, using these oils for hormones, I am a little more sleepless, but that is a trade off I will take. ;)

Disadvantages

Not everyone will like the smell of this myrrh. It has a very medicinal smell.

how do I dilute this product to make it mix? its truly a bottle of resin. lol

I also used this one in my anointing oil.

Love the oil. Use it with my Derma Glucan and my face is more youthful! It helps so much with the aging and the wrinkles! It tightens the skin and gives you a fresh look. I love this oil so much! I got a sample to try it to see if it really was all that, and it is! Will be ordering a bigger bottle!

This worked so well on my face that I felt like I had literally just came out of the womb. (BABYSKIN)!!! My wrinkles and dark spots went away. I do have a couple of concerns though. My Myrrh smelled kind of like a mix between motor oil and gas. I can't use it, it gave me a migraine. I was down 2 days with this stuff. Then I stopped using it and i didn't get a headache for a week. I then though maybe that wasn't it and it worked so good that I was like I don't give a damn that it gives me a migraine, I'm using it! Well I utilized it one more time and I was down 3 days. Thought I was going to have to go to the emergency room for morphine, i was in soooo much pain. I hate it because it worked so freaking good! Uuugghhhh! I gave it to my mom, and she hasn't had a headache and her skin looks freaking great! At least someone got some use out of it. Pretty sure you have a new customer for life with her....
