Menopause does nothing for your libido. I like to use Ignite and Delight together to help stir my passions. I put a drop of my grapeseed oil in my palm and add several drops of each and rub on the bottoms of my feet before a romantic night with my husband. I also like to use ignite for the perfume scent minus the crap they put into perfume and plus the benefits of the essential oils!

I love this blend of oils. It smells great!
