AJOWAN

Dilute 60:40 with Grape Seed Oil and massage into abdomen every few hours as needed.


ANISE STAR

Add 1 to 2 drops to a warm glass of water.  Be sure to use a glass container and stir frequently before drinking.

 

CARROT SEED

Massage 2 to 3 drops into your abdomen every few hours until digestive track returns to normality.

 

FENNEL

Dilute 1 drop of fennel essential oil with 3 drops carrier oil and massage in a clockwise rotation over the abdomen. 

 

GINGER

Use 1 drop topically or internally as regularly as needed for indigestion.

 

PEPPERMINT

Peppermint oil uses are best known for their soothing the digestive tracts and can be used topically and internally for gastritis.

 

ORANGE

Add a drop to a glass of water or massage into the upper abdomen to kickstart a sluggish digestive system. 

 

TURMERIC

Add 2 to 3 drops to a glass of water, coffee, or juice and drink as needed for digestion relief.
