Do you just put the oil on a bruise or do you use it some other way?

Helichrysum has been on my with list for a long time. Because of Jade Bloom and their amazing sales, I was finally able to get it and I LOVE this oil! I read that it can aid in labor and delivery, so I'll be doing more research on it before that time comes!

Love this oil! Read somewhere that it helps with pain. I have joint pain so used one night. It really works and quickly. Love my Jade bloom oils!
