CINNAMON

Cinnamon oil has been shown to help regulate blood sugar. Add to your food, take 1-2 drops within an empty capsule, or use for self massage over the area of the pancreas.  

 

FENUGREEK

Fenugreek has been shown to increase glucose intolerance and reduces blood glucose levels.  Add 3 to 4 drops to your water, coffee, or juice daily.

 

GERANIUM

Massage 1-2 drops of geranium essential oil over the pancreas.

 

ROSEMARY

Massaging 1-2 drops over the pancreas twice daily, or flooding the senses with direct inhalation frequently.
