Fenugreek has been shown to increase glucose intolerance and reduces blood glucose levels. Add 3 to 4 drops to your water, coffee, or juice daily.
Massage 1-2 drops of geranium essential oil over the pancreas.
Massaging 1-2 drops over the pancreas twice daily, or flooding the senses with direct inhalation frequently.
